We want every customer to receive the correct product in good condition. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Reporting a Problem

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect or missing. Send your order number, a clear photo or video and a short explanation through WhatsApp or email.

Return Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Opened personal-care, cosmetic and hygiene products cannot normally be returned unless supplied damaged, defective or incorrect.
  • Do not send an item back before our team has approved the return.

Approved Refunds or Exchanges

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether an exchange, store credit or refund applies. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.

Delivery Charges

Original delivery fees are not refundable unless the return results from an error by Perfect Picture Cosmetics. Customers are responsible for return delivery costs for change-of-mind returns.
