8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery time and cost depend on the customer’s location, parcel size and delivery partner.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, courier operations, customs, incorrect customer information or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers must provide:

• A useful landmark where necessary

• The correct recipient name
A rider or courier may contact you before delivery.
International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes or local charges.

Opened cosmetics, skincare, body-care, feminine-care, supplements and personal-care products cannot normally be returned for health and hygiene reasons, except where the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
